Do not order through food delivery. This is my second time ordering and very little food is given (compared to what they usually... give). They did not include the veggies and there is more cheese than rice in my bowl. Very disappointing. Other places likeCava and Mezah are more consistent. Read more

If all employees here do what you did then this Chipotle deserves 5 stars. I had my dog with me and made an online orderand was planning to run in and grab, but I never saw it was ready. Service is very hit or miss and the local kids love to come make a mess and then leave. Their self service area is almost always... a disaster. Lotsa indoor seating though which is good. Its a Chipotle store. Not the worst but definitely not the best. Read more
I come into chipotle looking forward to a nice meal, I ordered my meal online it took them 16 minutes past the giving time to... make it. While i was waiting for my order i noticed the workers just sitting in a group talking and laughing while customers arewaiting in line. They were so rude to evey customer and they act like they hate their job. After I get my order I couldn'tbelive the portions they gave me. The steak was insanely burnt, and everything tastes so old and stale. The location is theworst chipotle franchise in the dmv. We should all creat a petition and have this crusty chipotle removed from our neighborhoodand add a resturant that will actually care about its customers. Read more
I had a horrible experience at this location. I place an in store order and was over charged. I did not recognize it until... late Friday night and had car trouble the next day. Sunday I go in with receipt and tell what happen and describe the 2workers and was willing to wait for him to talk to the employees. He refuse and called me a liar. I stated I have my receiptan encourage you to talk to them. They will remember me because of the long conversation about the new chicken topping. Hesaid No and he don't anything about it. Clean and kind employees. You get what you expect from Chipotle. Some chipotles are little cheap on food amount but this... location is not like them. I would definitely stop by again if ai am around here. I was here on lunch time and I didn?t wait onthe line at all. If you are rush and want to eat something very quick, this location is good place for you. 5 stars. Read more
Consistent, fresh, fairly fast. Seems a bit understaffed at times, but the employees I interacted with were all nice.
