Not the best Chipotle location in terms of staff service. I order a veg bowl and asked for the guacamole on the side. Later i... discover i got charged for it so I went back. The girl was very rude and didn't care to fix her mistake. Instead she justyelled/ order another worker telling him " YOU FiX It". Jose fixed the issue no problem and apologized, but keept my originalreceipt. The girl who took my order relly needs to go over costumer service and be polite/manners to other staff as well. Worst Chipotle in NOVA. Filthy, no care in making an order, and good luck getting what you want after 9:15pm. Everyone stars... packing up a little after 9 even though stores hours state closing is 10pm. Literally asked for Queso and it was sitting on thecounter with cellophane wrap on it and they said they were out. I said, ?it?s right there?, looked at me and said, ?that?s fortomorrow?.
