Not the best Chipotle location in terms of staff service. I order a veg bowl and asked for the guacamole on the side. Later i... discover i got charged for it so I went back. The girl was very rude and didn't care to fix her mistake. Instead she justyelled/ order another worker telling him " YOU FiX It". Jose fixed the issue no problem and apologized, but keept my originalreceipt. The girl who took my order relly needs to go over costumer service and be polite/manners to other staff as well. Worst Chipotle in NOVA. Filthy, no care in making an order, and good luck getting what you want after 9:15pm. Everyone stars... packing up a little after 9 even though stores hours state closing is 10pm. Literally asked for Queso and it was sitting on thecounter with cellophane wrap on it and they said they were out. I said, ?it?s right there?, looked at me and said, ?that?s fortomorrow?. WORST experience at any chipotle, ever. Pull in at 8:45pm, and they were already scraping the grill clean over an hour early... with the worst noise that I have ever heard for 10 minutes straight. The store looks very clean, the staff speaks English and also Spanish. The dine in is open and to use the bathroom they give... you a code. Next to the store there is a garden with lights where you can take very beautiful photos. The product was freshbut I hardly noticed that they put chicken and meat on us. It seems that they are putting less quantity today since rice wasabundant in the food. Read more
I went two weeks ago to this chipotle and was a really bad experience. It was 10am, and I was happily surprise that it was open... since other chipotle locations usually open at 11. Well, the staff was not prepared, it took them like 5mins to take my orderand it was 4 employees in front of me , and no other costumers in the line. I understand there is construction going on in thearea, but the floor was dirty and with trash. My food wasn't fresh. I confirmed when I saw the apparently manager taking pictureof the of he cook line (took picture of each tray), and I saw him getting into the stale/brown guacamole, and instead of takingthe bad guac on the top, he started to move it and mixed with the guac from the bottom to be able to take a good picture. Iordered a kids quesadilla, and I was asked if I wanted rice and beans with it, and said yes "black beans and rice" , and thebeans were spicy, I told one of the employees and she was rude and said "yes, the beans are spicy " , why I was offered an spicyitem for a kids meal in the first place if that was the case.
