I placed an order online and almost 2 hours later, I'm still not able to talk to anybody at the store to get any sort of update... or to even cancel the order. And there's no support line to call. So I tried to call to place an order and that wasn't helpfuleither. It sounded like an overseas call center and they just kept redirecting me to the store. This was the most frustratingexperience. If you can't deliver then please don't waste people's time by offering it as a service and even charging extra forit. I'll be asking American Express to stop payment on this for sure. Read more
I normally don?t post reviews? A worker pulled my order out of the oven and bust out laughing asking his co-workers, ?Who made... this?? My cheesy breadsticks looked nothing like it was supposed to. Afterwards, this worker just hands it to me like nothinghappened. I also got a pizza. Both the breadsticks and pizza were doughy and lacked toppings. Read more

I get it that their probably short handed, but there has been a problem with something every order. Most of the mistakes are... orders being made improperly. Even the simplest of changes ?no jalapeños? on something that only has two toppings. Doesn?t makesense cuz the food always comes out hot and fast ? just wrong. Just know if you order anything that requires changes, 9 out 10chance you get the base menu item as is. Oh and they didn?t have $30 in cash for change and asked me to go break the bill nextdoor cuz a $20 was the biggest bill they could handle. As someone who worked fast casual food service for more than a decade,all these problems point towards a manager that doesn?t care and a poorly run store. Tonight the manager on duty was refusing torefund the money for food that clearly hadn?t been with the original order. The manager was more worried about wasting $10-$20worth of food than causing a scene with a customer. As a customer, I can cancel my order anytime up until it is delivered. Ifyou eat out at a restaurant and an emergency comes up, this is how it?s handled. Only what has been received is billed and thepeople then leave and cancel any other food. I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I see nothing but cheese. The toppings are uneven and there is a giant chunk of chicken I did... not order on it. Not happy. I also just found a giant chunk of onion I had to dig out with a glove. I am allergic to onions!I'll be calling corporate now. Read more
When we entered the restaurant, on the sign it said ? Managers specialist 2- toppings 2- large 24,99$ ? and we wanted to get it.... We told the cashier about the sign and he said just choose your toppings and pizzas. After we chose our pizza, and toppings, thecashier said we cannot do 2 large pizzas for the deal, it has to be 1. We started asking questions, but he kept saying that wecannot do it. We changed the toppings and just wanted pizza but the cashier tried to charge us 50 $.
