This is a good chain to have breakfast and brunch but I?m giving the place it 2 stars. While the food is awesome, wait time... feels like an eternity With a disorganized understaffed place with backlogged orders. While they gave me my main order, I used acoupon for a sweet deal but I literally had to wait 25 to 30 minutes for them to serve me half a dozen bagels. Until serviceimproves, I don?t believe I have a good reason to return to that place at least for a while and if you?re in a rush, don?t gothere. Read more
Very bad service. Walked in first time and did not find staff helping. Second time ordered dozen bagels via mobile app (this app... sucks too) and all the bagels were not that were promised in order. Looks like they randomly put 12 leftover bagels of their ownchoice. When asked to replace, they did not do that. Its a horrible experience. Moreover the bill charges the tip automatically.I dont understand why tip for not dining in and the bad service. Read more
Even though I love their bagels, it is September 2022 and their store not only doesn?t allow for dine-in yet, but also their... table is not properly marked and the staff made us leave in the middle of enjoying our breakfast. We used to go to this location 2 to 3 times a month for breakfast in brunch. Always felt welcomed with cheerful people prepping... our food. Last week I had to wait twice the normal time to get my order, there was no coffee available, they forgot to prep oneof the sandwiches the way we ordered and this is after I asked them whether or not they have made it that a specific way. First of all I am a huge fan of Einstein Bagels. It is my favorite however I have been disappointed yet again with the quality... of preparation. The smoke beef brisket bagel sandwich that I order looks nothing like the picture or even just an averagebreakfast sandwich. About a third of the sandwich had any meat and the eggs had stains from uncleaned eggmaker. I would providepictures if necessary but this contact link doesn?t provide that function. I don?t want this Einstein in Reston Virginia to goout of business with other patrons experiencing similar situations . There are only two near where I live and I still loveEinstein food?. I would give 5 star for the bagel, the main reason i am giving 2 star 1. Most of the bagel run out quickly , almost every day of... the week. I understand that the bagels are good, but when you notice a pattern you should do something to fix it 2. Long waittime during weekends. Most staff here dont follow a proper order, i have had to wait upwards of 45 minutes . 3. Cream Cheese/Schmear on the bagel (that you pay for) has been significantly cut , you hardly see it .
