The pizza here is good (surprisingly, the cheese was better than even the meat or pepperoni), and the guy working the store was... pleasant, polite, friendly, and professional. I wish I got a name to add to my review, but I just want to say thanks to the guy(there was just the one) working the evening of 9/10/22 for being very nice and chill. I went in today for lunch. I ordered a ?GARDEN SALAD?.. well that?s not what I received. I received a salad with only... cranraisins, olives and chicken. I asked the guy to replace it with what the menu states comes in the garden salad and I don?teat craisins. Well he proceeded to pick them out the salad with his hands. I asked him to just make a new salad and he firsttold me no. I then asked for my money back. He said ?no?. I asked againn for him to give me a refund and he said they don?t dothat. Even tho the food was messed up on his behalf. Frustrated and ready to go I agreed to a replacement salad. He literallystarted picking the chicken from the first salad. I?m so upset with the service I received at this restaurant today! Too top itoff my 2nd salad had the part of the lettuce head that you?re supposed to cut off and throw away. I?m highly irritated! BEST PIZZA IN RESTON! Wanted a late night pizza and heard a lot of people recommend this restaurant. Pizza is above... expectations, it was just a margarita pizza but the sauce was herby and packed with flavor and the cheese was broiled toperfection. Crust is not soggy at all. 100% would recommend. My order took a very long time ? I got my two pizzas more than an hour after putting in the carry out order, despite telling me... it?d take 25 minutes. Waited 30+ minutes in the store because they got my order wrong and had to remake one of the pizzas. Themanager, who was the only person there, called me ?baby? when I asked about my order which is just rude. There was no one in therestaurant eating but we were not the only ones waiting for a carry out order that was either super delayed or made wrong. TwiceI saw him throw out a pizza that was ripped out of the oven or dropped and have to start over. The manager said he?d give mesome money back on my order because I had to wait for so long. When we finally got the pizzas, one was STILL made wrong and thecrust was super thin and barely cooked. Really disappointing.
