First let me say FOGO DE CHAO RESTON VA / CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE was the finest restaurant service i have received in over 20... years! Please thank Elizabeth, Sarah & JT & the many many staff members who were all warm friendly & informative. The BrazilianExperience was delicious & delightful. I had read articles & watched videos ahead of time but was still unprepared for howdelicious everything would be. My most favorite mouth watering meats were the PICANHA, the LAMB PICHANA, the LAMB CHOPS, theFILET MIGNON & the ALCATRA. Our group of 3, asked for and received small portions to fully enjoy a long leisurely brunch, and tosample all the fire roasted delights. The grilled cheese with the soft cheesy pastry rolls drizzled with honey was out of thisworld! All in all, FOGO de CHAO sets very very high standards for the experience, the environment & the service .... and easilyexceeds all of them in every way. I was welcomed in the restaurant with a warm greeting at the door, I preferred to sit at the bar and then I was told to go... explore the market area for a better lunch experience.. I liked it and once I was ready to take a table.. then the manager comesfrom no where and tells me they are closed for the day and can’t offer any table. This is very bad customer experience. Youcan’t treat customers like that.. you should know when you should stop letting people in if you are approaching closing time.It’s not after you take them to the table and tell them it’s closing time.
