Went there for lunch. The half chicken plate is an excellent value and delicious. Plenty of seating, friendly staff. They get... busy for lunch. Read more

Placed a takeout order for the half chicken meal to split along with the sopa de pollo and the pupusas revueltos. All were... really good. The food was prepared on time and all items were hot and fresh. Portions are reasonable for the price. Bear inmind that this is just a casual lunch counter style place where you order at the register. Some tables, but nothing too fancy.Went at peak lunch hour so they were busy, but got my food in a couple minutes and was on my way. Would recommend. Read more

They only get a 3 star for large portions. The carne asada is NOT carne asada. The meat is bland. The rice and beans are a... little to salty and bland as well. Read more

Excellent food, authentic latinoamerican taste. Try the chicken soup or the Carne Asada...

I ordered from here using Uber Eats. The food was delivered with a pool of liquid at the bottom of the bag. I called the... restaurant to see if they knew why it happened, and to help them prevent it from happening in the future. I talked to a man onthe phone who I can only guess didn't understand English very well. After I explained my situation 3 times he still didn't seemto understand and then took my number down to have the owner contact me. I had a text conversation with the owner later the sameday (I guess this was so he could translate), and he offered a free meal. I think that's more than fair, and I think he handledit well, but it still doesn't solve the fact that I couldn't really communicate with them. Even the text conversation seemedstilted. I've attached pictures and an edited version of the text conversation (edited for the sake of privacy and clarity). Ifyou don't know Spanish, I can't really recommend this place. The food was fine, but I think it's kind of impractical to resolveany issues you may have if you don't speak Spanish. Read more

Authentic Peruvian place and hidden gem I ordered half chicken with two sides. It was a mistake because the portion was so large... and I ended up leaving with a to-go box. Yuca and plantain were fried just right. I tried Horchata drink, which is a milk drinkwith vanilla, cinnamon, and rice. Yummy I liked it! Only after the order, I saw the cook wrapped some meat in flour andflattened it on the grill surface to cook for another customer. It's called Pupusa. Looks delicious. I will be back for that! I just ate here so my thoughts are fresh, unlike their fries. Decided to stop in and grab some takeout. I ordered the 1/2... chicken with fries and rice + beans on the side. However, the lady taking the order could obviously not understand the order, which I had to repeat 4 times. She had no trouble getting the chicken, but somehow thought I wanted a double order of fries, besides me saying I did not. It felt like talking to Comcast. I eventually said "ok, whatever" because it was getting to thatpoint where it seemed super awkward with her staring blankly at me as I tried to carefully articulate that I wanted two sides, not two orders of the same side. The food itself was overall fairly decent. The chicken was tasty and cooked well. The rub theyput on it (and possible brine) was very flavorful. The fries, as mentioned, did not seem fresh and were kind of soggy, and I hadlike a half pound of them to boot. The sauces were both very tasty, although very thick, which made getting it out of theplastic cups somewhat difficult. The place seemed clean and the prices and selections were clearly marked. The price was notbad, but not great. about 10% more than it should have been. Final scores: Service: 2/10 Food: 7/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Price:6/10 Read more

We tried a bunch of different dishes and sides and we liked everything. We had chicken, the carne asada, and a pupusa revuelta.... For sides we tried the fried rice, beans, plantains, yuca, and steamed veggies. Everything was very good, the pupusa wasgreat. Side portions were large. The sauces are so good, both the green and yellow. They just opened and haven't fully hittheir stride on service so do double check your order if you're taking it to-go but everyone was friendly and any issue wastaken care of quickly. Read more
