First time there, the owner was so nice to us ordering. He also suggested for us not to get the onion rings as they changed... venders. Saved us from being being disappointed. Very convenient place next to the Reston Home Depot and several other businesses. Their 8 inch steak and cheese sub combo is... $7.99 and also comes in 12-inch if you would like. It usually comes with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and a spicy sauce which isvery delicious. We ordered our 3 subs on the phone 20 minutes earlier to pick up and when we got there they were ready BUT justtwo of them! Although at the end of our order on phone we double checked the subs and the numbers at the end of ourconversation. So we had to wait for another ten minutes for the food to be ready. Pro: good taste and flavors Con: simply put - not enough of the goodies. It?s mostly bread. The pro to that is if you want to... eat on the lighter side (ie less calorie intake) then that?s probably your place. I live a really healthy life style so when Ido go for pizza I want lots of cheese and stuff on top. If they could just add more on top of the bread, it would beawesome Try the ?white? with added grilled onions and a side of pesto. Maybe they?ll add more toppings if you ask to double itup. I wanted to place a delivery order for my painting crew which were at the job site location I was not at. I gave him some... special instructions how to get through the building and where to park and everything else so that my guys did not have to leavethe jobsite because the lack of a FOB. He proceeds to tell me why it's impossible to get the order to the door. Begins to argueme about pizza bolis policy. Rude Indian guy barely spoke English but he sure had a lot to say. Told me I could always gosomewhere else if I wasn't happy. I canceled my order. Update. So then I contact corporate office to understand their deliverypolicy and it turns out that each location is a franchise and each location chooses what they want to do. Pizza Bolis Restondoes not deliver to your door if you live in a building. Mike says "do you know how many buildings are in Reston?" When Icalled papa John's reston they told me they were familiar with the building and not to worry about getting it to the door. Iencourage you to call both and compare the day and night difference in customer service when taking your order. Papa John'sprocess felt like the chic-fil-a drive thru experience. Service was good, they even threw in some extra cheese for free (and asked that I leave a review). Pizza was average though. I... got jalapeno and sausage pizzas but the crust was really sponge like, as if they used an air machine to spread it rather thantossing it by hand. Great place for party food or late night craving pickup, not so much for fine dining. Update 9/24/2017: Ikeep getting advertisements from Pizza Boli's shoved in my door at the complex I live in. Not only is it a bad practice and akinto littering, but there is a sign very obviously stating "Solicitation or distribution of printed materials of any kind on thesepremises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED" that you have to walk past to get to my door. Pizza Boli's, either mail your advertisementslike everyone else or not at all, seeing your "coupons" blowing around on the ground shows you have no respect for rules orlittering. EDIT 10/25/2022: Spoke with Manager at this location. They lost power on this day and all Foodsby orders were sent to a... different Pizza Boli's restaurant, which has different pricing (entree and sandwich were same price), which caused some of theerror. He was very polite and apologetic, and wanted to make sure he spoke with me when he saw an order come in from me again.I'm hopeful that THIS location will get my order correct. I would like to know which location messed up my order, so that thereview can be moved appropriately and can be handled by their corporate as needed forimprovement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ORIGINAL: Orderedvia Foodsby app for work. I ordered a chicken parm entree, 20 oz soda, and oreo pie. What was delivered was a chicken parm sub(half the price), a 12oz can, and a pie that looked like it went through the spin cycle of a dryer.
