It's a perfectly good Potbelly, with no major changes to the routine of getting a decent tasting sub-chain sandwich. The staff... has always been nice and efficient. No complaints, prompt service, so I would definitely keep going to this location. Read more
The sandwich was good and hearty, but the Mac and cheese (7$) was a small cup that was definitely overpriced considering that it... was obviously either store-bought or made in giant batches. The restaurant itself was freezing (it was significantly warmeroutside the restaurant) and the Mac and cheese was lukewarm, not even hot like it should be. It was so cold inside Potbelliesthat I asked for a cup of hot water, which I initially was charged 3$ for until I negotiated with the staff to get it forfree. Overall, it seems like a decent place (I?d even consider working there if they were hiring and turned down the AC) butthe inside was simply freezing, at least 10 degrees F colder than the outside temp. There?s no need to run the AC to make therestaurant freezing when it?s already cold outside. The workers didn?t seem as if they liked their job... not much enthusiasm atall. Read more
