My favorite Potbelly around. They are always so nice here and really efficient. Place is also always clean. :)
Ample space to eat inside, place is clean. Potbelly sandwiches tastes good, try wheat bread and don?t forget to ask hot peppers... if you would like to add bit spice to your sandwich. I am not a big fan of their soups. When we visited this shop, I felt likethis is seriously short staffed as there are only 2 guys struggling to serve weekend customers. The 'Italian' sandwich was good. Unique decorations and style which I liked as well. More like subway than Quiznos in taste.
This place is consistently good. Been here over a dozen times. Ordered a milkshake today (12/18) and noticed the milk they used... had 12/15 written on it. Milkshake didn't taste as good as usual but I'd still come back. Read more
One rude employee got me change my old four star into one after being a regular customer for three years. I requested a... sandwich with "little hot pepper" as usual. I got a sandwich swimming in oil (from the hot pepper) as the manager noticed, Iused three napkins just to remove, the kind manager was going to replace it, but this employee lady said (in a way like it's myfault) it's oily because I ordered hot pepper! We ended up arguing about it. I respect all staff, but won't come again becauseof her attitude, even her manager tried to stop her arguing with me then she started talking in her language, which I don't knowif she was saying something bad at this point! So I left the store and told the manager that I don't want any sandwich any more. Read more
