I am a subway fanatic, and since my retirement in 2006 I have dedicated all my time to methodically carry out research on every... subway in the universe. After crunching the numbers, I can conclude this is the worst subway ever. The food was fine and fresh,but the customer service was horrible. The employees were rude and mumbled. It was a horrible expierence and I will neverreturn. If you are visiting Reston town center, I highly r commend you avoid this establishment. Read more

It says that the store closes at 10pm, I got there at around 9:53 and they had put everything away already. That means they were... close before 10pm. Simple, 1 start because of that. Read more
