The tracker tool on the website said my order was delivered 25 minutes before the driver actually got to my door. When I finally... got the order, they had sent me the wrong salad. When I called to correct the order, the line was busy for 1 hour even thoughthe automated answer said someone would be with me shortly. When someone finally picked up, they immediately hung up on me. Icalled 3 more times and was hung up on each time. On my 5th try, after waiting 8 more minutes, the woman who answered did notunderstand my simple request. She kept trying to confirm my address and tell me that my order was delivered to the correctaddress but did not understand the issue. Finally through a translator, and 3 hours after I placed the order, I was able to geta refund. Dominos on Broadway, Revere, Massachusetts has the worst service I have ever experienced. Absolutely NEVER order from this Dominos. I ordered online at 5:45 and I called at 7pm to check the status of my order. After 3... attempts at calling, someone finally answered and told me that they would contact the driver. After another 20 minutes ofwaiting I called 2 more times and requested that my order be cancelled at that point. I was told that my "order was cancelled"and that I was all set. 30 minutes after that call I get a call from the Domino's delivery driver that they were outside. I toldthe driver that I had already cancelled my order and that I was not interested in the food as it had now been 2+ hours since Ihad initially placed my order. Now the pizza tracker is showing my order as "delivered" and I have not gotten any notificationregarding a refund. I'm hoping I actually get my money back as I never received my food. I've also filed a formal complaintthrough the Domino's website. Worst Domino's experience I've ever had in my life. If I could give negative stars for this placeI would. Read more

Delivery took over an hour and a half to receive, the food was cold and my pizza was missing pepperoni I was charged for. This... Domino's is consistently bad, if you try to report an issue on the Domino's app, it always says we're still on the way ???? evenhours later. Pizza hut in Everett/Revere is the way to go, skip this location. Read more

If your driver is Clovis. He will ignore your delivery directions, have an employee call you for him to meet him out in the... street (me being 40 weeks pregnant), you?ll be waiting in the sun for over half hour calling or getting calls back and forthfrom a third employee about the status of the order and location of driver, he will drop off the pizza anywhere random, leaveand not even try to contact you. I called management he insisted he dropped it off and gave a description of a completelydifferent lobby than the one my complex has. I tell the manager he is describing a wrong location, manager insisted he isn?tlying and he made the delivery. She says they?re busy and to pick if I want a delivery again or refund. As a pregnant personcraving my food I wanted to reorder but they were rude, unapologetic, dismissive, insisted I wasn?t saying the truth and at thatpoint I didn?t trust them with my food anymore. Worst experience ever, I am a loyal Domino?s customer who has placed an insaneamount of orders and have NEVER had this issue with any driver before. He still insists he dropped it off at my building when Iwas outside the whole time and no one came, also he described a wooden table that does not exist in my lobby, and he can?t evenadmit he made a mistake. If he would just admit he confused buildings I would have more peace of mind for ordering again, butboth manager and driver ganged up against me to say he isn?t lying and the food is with me. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I amheartbroken that my favorite pizza delivery will be no more as long as my only option is this store. I strongly suggest whoeverowns this store to review todays calls and see for themselves what the employees do. Read more

The worse Domino?s service, Thursday 28 at10:30 pm, I called to check the status of my order, she asked me for a second and in... the meantime, she was talking very bad about me, ( the customer ) very abusive, in Portuguese, yes I understand Portuguese butshe didn't know that, I presume, and I was waiting for her and she kept talking with her co-worker, she's very rude, notprofessional at all. Whenever I order, they absolutely NEVER follow delivery instructions. You choose the contactless delivery option & they make you... sign a receipt or you put very precise instructions in capital letters for them NOT to call you. They call, ring the doorbell &don?t follow instructions at all. It?s like the 10th time this has happened & will be the last time I order from here. Read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $! Pizza was delivered cold AND horribly prepared. Delivery guy sat at the light near my place for... 15 mins and then proceeds to say the food was delivered. Ummm, delivered to who? I was standing outside waiting and then Ithought I saw a driver in a Dominos shirt pass my house but I wasn?t sure. I was right - he passed my house and just made surehis GPS showed that he was in my area. After the app showed my food was delivered, I called the store and asked the employee totext the driver that I am outside, horrible employee by the way. After standing outside in the cold for nearly 20 mins, Iaccepted the situation and I went inside to call it a night. Then 10 minutes later the driver calls and says he?s outside. Atthis point the pizza was 30 minutes late and like I mentioned super cold and frankly, just nasty. To top it off, the deliveryman didn?t speak English well or maybe acted like he couldn?t so he didn?t have to explain why he sat at the light for 15 mins. Do better, Dominos! Read more

This was one of my worst fast food experiences in a long time. I ordered online for a pickup, it said it would be ready between... 9:25-9:35 i got there a few minutes esrly but they was busy so i waited to go in till 9:25, the young lady out front takingorders tols me it wasn't ready so I sat and waited and watched, she was BUSY, I felt bad for her, till she was getting almostrude with they customers and very rude with the customers that were calling in, she would answer the phone domino's your gonnahave to wait or something to that affect, whatever it was at they time i was thinking omg how rude, ifbi had ever called and notgone online i would have been angry and probably would have ordered sonewhere else, which is what i had wished after it said myorder was ready at 9:32 so i went ro her and she said nope no orders ready for a nancy and started shouting out names then shecame back out front picked the phone back up and proceeded to take more orders another 10 minutes went by and i went and askedagain after all these pizzas were placed as ready she went back to check again and again started shouting names finally came outwith my pizzas. Boy did i wish i had checked them then but at that point i was a bit annoyed so i took them home, only to findout they had mixed them up got it backwards the one that was supposed to be well done was bearly cooked and the thin crust wasburnt to a crisp as you will see in the pictures. Very disappointing, and to boot i don't like there sauce as much as otherplaces so i asked for light sauce well thank goodness, cause i would hate ti see what regular sauce is if that was the casecause there was so much sauce and not enough cheese or bacon or onion on they thin crust and they other one had a boat load ofthe cheap toppings and very little of they fresh more expensive topping.
