I believe it's the worst Dunkin' Donuts in MA, I love Dunkin' Donuts, but this place has terrible service, the order never comes... right, the driver is really slow. Today again I went to get my coffee and again it came wrong, and I had nothing to eat andthis was 4:30pm on a Sunday. And the rude young attendant. I live nearby and sometimes I forget that they're not terrible andI stop to get my coffee there and it's always a disappointment, but on other occasions wow it's wonderful. Read more

Not the first time I have had this issue- my simple order of a large hot macchiato, Vanilla swirl, whole milk does not get... Listened to Because the person taking the oder is pushing buttons instead of listening to what I am saying and the result issaying the same order a minimum of two times. To be proactive with this today I asked the person taking the order to pleaselisten to the order before she started pushing buttons. She ignored that, and of course asked me to repeat the whole orderagain. When I mentioned this is why I asked you to listen, the incredibly rude and aggressive manager walked over screaming atme that it is wrong for me to approach his employee in that manner. Completely ignoring the fact that he is screaming at metelling me I'm wrong without even knowing the facts of what happened, and ignorantly making an issue of something that hehimself is doing right at that moment. An exceptionally poor example of customer service. I will be contacting Dunkin ownershipof this location to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, they have lost a customer. I'm guessing this is not the first, norwill it be the last time this happens with this manager there. Read more
