Bad experience I will never recommend this place to not one, I went there 2 days ago make an order I ask for the 6 Donald box... ,with bad actitud he answered not box,I get really surprised because that not usually, I grabbed the bag and he say next timedon't touch the bag,I ask for ice coffee with sugar and caramel and he give me what he wants, I puth everything in the trash,that guy was very stupid ,the manager should training these animal before give a job. Staff at this location are super bad! The other time I got a lady that were so slow, asked me about 3 times how I want my... coffee, asked for "hot" coffee, and was so "cold" an bad! She basically threw the coffee to me with a bad manner. Last time, Iasked for a Coffee Coolatta to a men and he said he cleaned the machine already so, couldn't give me the coffee. Insane! Now,when at went at bjs I don't even go close to dunkin so, I don't get tempted to buy something, with this people who want to buy. Read more

The workers that were here before were nice. There is a new worker here, she was here for the last 2 times i went there and my... experience was horrible. i?ve never met a slower worker. she took so long to take our order last time and was ignoring us. shealways forgets to put whipped cream when we ask for it and she gave my friend coffee when he asked for a frozen chocolate. hewent back in and she did not give him the frozen chocolate and kept saying ?coffee? she?s not suitable for this job at all. alsothere were flies sitting on the donuts and munchkins and we just wanted to let her know and she just waved her hand carelessly,not even in the spot the flies were. i really just don?t think she cares about her job at all. So slow i thought she was sleeping, it took her 1 hour to get 4 hashbrowns, 2 glazed donuts, and a frozen chocolate which came... as a frozen coffee after being said 4 times that it was a frozen chocolate. Read more
