Great food , reasonably priced ,spicy bbq sauce. When she knew I was trying for the bus, she was double quick. AWESOME
My first time ordering from Mak's. I was pleasantly surprised. We had the roast beef and the pepper steak. Fully packed,... fresh and delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the baklava. Itunfortunately was stale. Still delicious though. Read more
MAKS IS USUALLY GOOD. BUT TODAY THEY LET A BURNT ???? LEAVE THE SHOP TO BE DELIVERED. AND I KNOW THE COOK SMELLED THAT BURNT... PIZZA BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE BOX AND SLICING IT. Mak's is great! Their food is excellent no matter what you order. I love their hamburgers with bacon on it and its a hearty... sized patty. Their roast beef is great and they pile it on. You also can't beat their prices. Everyone's nice and friendly theretoo. You definitely should order from them if you've never ate there before as I know you'll enjoy it! Read more
I'm not going back to mak's Roast Beef and Pizza ever. I actually like the pizza and they have good deals. But today they hold... the old bait-and-switch. The website satellites cheese was 9.95 and a Maks special small size 10.20 but when I get there theytell me it costs 25.40. Well the menu on the counter says it's $8.90 for a large cheese and 10 20 for the other Pizza, and themenu board on the wall says the same thing. I should only pay $20 and change. The girl behind the counter says well theychange the menu in the system and fuses to let me pay what the menu says I should pay. Read more
The service was good, and they kindly answered my question on what the egg rolls, spinach rolls, and pizza rolls were. The place... itself is pretty small with only a few seats. I enjoyed the spinach roll; it had a creamy, savory flavor and a crunchy shell,but it was a little cold in the middle (they're frozen beforehand, and then they fry them). I also ordered onion rings; theamount they give is very generous (an entire takeout box), so it's very reasonable for the price. They were delicious, but a lotof them were stuck together, so it was a little bit messy to eat. The person I was with thought the sandwich he got had toomuch meat and not enough cheese or other flavor, so it was just "okay." Read more
Pretty good food but not one but on two occasions I found a long piece of brown hair my steak and cheese. I brought this to... their attention and the girl behind the counter (with long brown hair) said that it couldn't of been from them because thecooks had short hair. I let it go but it would of been nice if i got an apology. Read more
