Horrible customer service and was totally cheated. Last week i ordered and picked up a Veggie Lover pizza which arrived after 2... hours which had meat in it and later when i went to the store to complain about it, firstly I was told that "All Veggie Lovershave meat in it" which is FALSE. Secondly, the manager at that time gave me a 40 dollar voucher(not a physical one) to make upfor that mistake and stated " just give me your name next time you order and you can redeem the 40 bucks". Jumping to today,when i went and ordered another pizza they did not give me the 40 bucks discount bit rather told there is no name on thesystem. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered through Uber Eats, and realized immediately that I miss ordered the... toppings, and Ordered a cheese when I meant to do meat lovers. I realized they accepted it so fast I couldn't change it. Sofirst thing i did was call the store so they could change the toppings and charge me the extra. I was told by the manager Medhithat they could not change at all any orders that went through Uber eats. So I started going through Uber Eats fairly quickly.come to find out they had no problem with changing orders especially just items put in the things ordered. So I called back Iwas informed by Medhi that he was informed by his bosses that he could not do it even if it is just toppings. Which I think isridiculous because what if someone was allergic and someone forgot to mention that but regardless, I contacted Uber Eats andinformed them of the issue and they canceled the order free of charge due to the issues with this establishment. I will not beordering from this or any Pizza Hut till this issue is rectified, and will encourage others to do the same. This is a healthhazard, along with poor customer service. Read more
Always fresh! The service is fast enough. They don't allow more than 3 people inside the restaurant because of Covid, and I... liked this regulation because the place is so small. Ordered delivery from this location, order was wrong and pizza arrived cold after an hour. I specifically ordered garlic sauce... and blue cheese sauce, instead I got two boxes of grated cheese what do you even do with grated cheese? now I?m looking in myfridge trying to see what I can use for sauce instead. The wings do not have any sauce on them as well. Not amazing. Notprofessional. Do not recommend. Attached is a photo of my order. Worse thing is I prepaid a tip to the driver. Decent enough pizza but the service could improve a bit. The attendant gave an IDGAF attitude. Generally such people at... restaurants take customers seriously and tend to give a smile at least as a part of basic customer service but that wasn?t thecase here. Decent enough pizza. For 5$ you get a personal one topping pizza and a bottle of soda. They didn?t have anything elseexcept Sierra Mist on the sodas so had no other option. Read more
