Good food but ridiculously expensive. Avoid it if you can. you?ll regret spending the extra buck. Makes you feel ripped off
Needed somewhere to go for lunch, and a coworker recommended this place. It was pretty good.
I would give it 2.5 out of 5 for multiple reasons -They charge you 0.20 for the bag without letting you know. - the price are... experience compared to the other Chicken restaurant such as the 3 Chicken pieces for $6.36 +tax yet the chicken pieces verysmall but the test was good. - one time I ordered the food and they give me wrong food. We love Pollo Royal Revere! We feel at home every time we visit and the staff are always friendly, pleasant, accommodating and... professional. The manager is very helpful and attentive, she goes out of her way to solve any issues or concerns and is veryproactive. The food is delicious! My favorites are the roasted chicken plate with the green house sauce, the taco plate, andtheir delicious juices and smoothies (you gotto try the "Tamarindo" juice and the cantaloupe smoothie with milk...the "Jamaica"juice is delicious too). I highly recommend this restaurant to any tourist/local alike. We travel from Kingston, MA to meetwith family and we always look forward to dining at Pollo Royal Revere. The girls are rude. Often dont speak english good. They put me on hold 4 times. The breast of chicken was good. All the sides... are horrible. I can cook rice and beans way better than them. The service is horrible!!!!! Read more
Definitely worth visiting! I ordered the whole roast chicken and it was yummy and delicious! Was a bit more expensive than I was... expecting (once you add the sides and a drink), but I can't really complain about the quality and taste! The staff was friendlyand attentive. Great food. Make sure you double check the price. Actual price not same as on display. Store and table are clean. Not much room... so not ideal for a big group to eat in. But can check before coming. A little pricey but worth it. I ordered a mixed burrito(steak+ chicken) with some salad on side for 13$. Tasty and really filled me up. Read more
