AWFUL. It?s amazing when I order through the app and give them 15 MINUTES to make my order and when I get there the staff still... has even noticed that they have a mobile order printed out and there is NO ONE else in the store and every employee is on theirphone. They are slow and always out of everything except they never know what they have or don?t have and the registers areapparently never working. Read more

Great location! They were out of several things, but that tends to happen. Clean, bright space. Has a walk-up window. Lots of... places to sit, inside or outside. Directly across from the beach. Read more

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Lots of the drinks here are watery, especially the Frappuccinos. Practically no ice or... drizzle/syrup in my original Caramel Frappuccino, and it was so watery the first time that I had to ask for a new one. Staffhere need better training on how to properly make drinks, they are also more interested in their phones and gossiping amongstthemselves than serving customers. I'll head over to my regular Starbucks in Somerville that doesn't make my drinks taste likeflavored water, thank you! Read more

Coffee and other drinks are pretty standard. They are almost always out of breakfast/lunch options though. I order ahead and... they are blazing quick with getting the order ready. Location is convinient and awesome! Read more

Today I walked by this newly opened Starbucks location and was surprised to see a small window open. I was thinking maybe I... can grab coffee without having to leave my small teacup dog outside because I was also traveling with the stroller with myinfant baby. I stepped at the window and the employee by the name of Jay met me there and said that it is mobile order only. Isaid oh ok, and said I can?t go in with a dog right ? He said no, so then I kindly asked if it was possible to make an exceptionseeing that the store was empty , and that way I didn?t have to leave the small dog out with my belongings and remove my infantfrom the stroller. Jay responded in a very rude manner by saying no that he wasn?t getting paid for that?. But if I paid himextra that he basically would. I said, excuse me? You work here, what do you mean you are not getting paid ? He basically askedme to pay him extra for the simple courtesy request. I said no problem I?ll walk in, left my dog outside attached to thestroller because he is super small and couldn?t detach him from the stroller and leave him lik that and walked in carrying myinfant. I walked in thinking I was going to be met by someone with more education and went ahead and placed the order. Thisperson was Josue who actually refused to take my order because according to him I was rude to Jay, when it was the other wayaround. I don?t even know why I bothered to go in. I couldn?t believe the lack of customer service, and clearly was not goingto fight over a cup of coffee . I live right on the beach and just really disappointed that I was met in such a rude manner. Iam not sure if upper management is aware the staff is asking for extra money on the side just to extend courtesy to a motherthat simply wanted to order a coffee without having to go through all the risks of leaving a small dog outside unattended. I ordered an iced venti drink with light ice. This is what I got. When I asked the manager why, she very rudely said... ?Everything is pre-measured. Just how it is?. Well let me tell you, I?ve probably ordered hundreds of iced drinks that way,and this is the first time this has happened. Great to have a new Starbucks in Revere Beach. The interior is nice but the atmosphere is a bit cold. They could have made it a... bit more cozy. Also every time something goes wrong with my order. Wrong drink, wrong size etc. and I have to wait to get thereplacement. Staff should be better trained. Read more
