Saw a restaurant worker lick his washrag and continue wiping tables with it. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and threw away... the rest of my food. I reported it to the manager over the phone. He apologized and told me they'd make changes. He said he'dsend a gift card to make up for it. He never did. I won't be back. Read more

This place was alright I like arbys food they have decent food. The place was well kept and clean. The only issue I had was the... customer service wasn?t that great I was waiting to take my order and they wouldn?t even look at me and ignored me for quite awhile and wouldn?t take my order for a bit then they acted like they didn?t even ignore me this would be fine if they were superbusy but they weren?t busy they had two small orders. The Reuben?s or the roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce are to die for! And the curly fries? they are always a hit! The food... is delicious the staff is great (especially Mr. Earl) the only downside is they can be really slow and it can take almost 49minutes to get your food if you come during a rush. Read more
Wasn't the best service I've had, but certainly not the worst. Food quality is great for a fast food place. When I got my... food, my sandwich was all over the place and the meat wasn't on the bun. Look Arbys has good food and it would be a great every now and then meal. But the customer service is terrible, I can?t speak... for every employee I?m sure they have some great ones, but the ones I?ve dealt with have been extremely rude and lacking basicmanners.
