Been there 5 times in 8 years, each time I hoped I could find something good about the place, but could not. The food is bad,... the service is non existent, and has taken as long as 20 minutes. They have ALWAYS gotten my order wrong, all five times and theprices are too high. Their dining room has chairs in it that seem to have been built for kindergartners, and the seats arewelded to the tables, so good luck sitting in them unless you have a 20 inch waist. Read more
Had to wait over 15 minutes for our meal. I thought this was a fast food restaurant? When it arrived, half of the order was... incorrect. The other half was cold. Sent it all back to have it hot and to correct the order. Finally, the correct orderarrived, another 15 minutes later, but they forgot the french fries. Asked them to bring them. Another 10 minutes later had togo up to the counter to ask for them again, and they said they had forgotten. Really just come here for the ice cream. I've never been too impressed with the food, but their ice cream is so good. The... waitress wouldn't give me quite as much topping as I wanted even when I said I'd pay extra for it... Which was weird to me, butit was still good. Read more
POSITIVES: the staff is actually helpful and friendly. They do well to keep it clean. Their food tastes like most other fast... food. NEGATIVES: Their milkshakes are no better than other fast food restaurants. The ranch burger I had was seriously mostlybread. I had to bite into it to see where the burger was. That was not worth more than $5. I do like their fries and chickensandwiches though. PRICE: usually $4-6 per meal. RECOMMENDED: honestly, I have nothing to recommend as all the menu optionsaren't much different. Read more
There Ice-Cream Cones are excellent, mostly the twist ice-cream cone. They have great service too.
In Rexburg, the most important information you can have about any restaurant is WHEN DOES IT CLOSE. I called and asked so you... don't have to. They close MON-FRI at 10:30pm, and SAT at 11:00pm. You're Welcome. :D Read more
Pricey for a hamburger and fries, but the food can be pretty good. Love the fry sauce.
