The ice cream tasted great and the employees were friendly, but they had a cross contamination issue. My allergies are normally... pretty mild (I don't even carry an EpiPen anymore because I make sure to stay away from allergens, and haven't had the need toown one in the last ten years), I checked the ingredients list twice before eating to make sure there wasn't anything I wasallergic too, and once more right before writing this review. About 5 minutes after finishing eating, I started having anallergic reaction, felt mild at first, so I rushed home to get some allergy medication. By 45 minutes, the medication hadn'tkicked in, my face had swollen up, my skin was super red and I broke out in hives. Had to be taken to the ER for treatment. I'mfine now, the next morning, symptoms are 97% gone. I should've put nut allergy in the comments of the online order, but I'vegone to Cold Stone multiple times before and had no issues allergens. It's Cold Stone, so it's hard to go wrong, but even though she was relatively new (about a month) Nadia did really well, gave... great service, and wasn't intimidated having to work through our weird coupon from the Digger Card. Keep up the great work. Read more
DELICIOUS! I love Coldstone but I wish it wasn?t so expensive for the portions. Overall great place though!
0 stars for hygiene 0 stars for customer service. I bought about 25 dollars worth of ice cream just to realized there was a... massive black hair in one of them. I just threw all the ice cream to the garbage. Nobody touched that ice cream but me, and I'm100% sure that hair isn't mine. Cold stone Creamery kept telling me they'd contact me to find a solution but it never happened,it's been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. I don't care about a solution anymore, since they seem to not care about thiskind of issues. Just wanted to leave it here for the record. Read more
Worst customer service EVER! I went in to get my family some ice cream and dark haired short girl was super rude! I asked for... whipped cream on my Sunday and she dumped out my Sunday got mad and put the whipped cream all threw out it when I asked for iton top! Then made a huge mess of my containers and handed me a napkin when I asked her to please clean it off since I?m takingit to go and she said ? you can clean it your self.? Then when I went to pay on my 26$ order she then said ?you can leave a tipright there? I kindly said how do I decline. She rolled her eyes and told me to hit the red button. Running a little bit late and I thought going to cold stone would be a little risky time wise. However, I was wrong. The member... of the staff who helped me was running the whole place by herself but wasn?t stressed at all. Also, on top of all that she wasvery kind, smiley and happy to help.
