I went to an event in Rexburg to see Alec Whiteley perform. And enjoyed the frozen desert truck hosting the event. Their shaved... ice had good even flavor saturation and a nice consistency. The vanilla custard in the middle was creamy and not too sweet.Overall a nice compliment to the live music. Price point was a little high for the portion size in my opinion, but I've seenworse from food trucks in New York and Austin. So I'll take that for what it is and enjoy the product. Read more
When I showed up and saw the line, I expected a wait. What I found was a store that was appropriately scheduled with really kind... and knowledgeable employeeswho loved fast. I had my first Gelati and I finally understood what everyone was talking about. Therest of my family loved it as much as I did. Can?t wait to come back and try more flavors. Read more
