Such bad customer service. The front doors were locked, though the restaurant was open. The cooks were working, there were two... employees serving the drive through line (ignoring the customers standing right in front of them), and one poor guy to take careof the entire in person line, both serving and checking people out. They weren't short staffed though - there were about sixpeople standing in a huddle chatting and ignoring the other employee's requests for help. Read more
Found a long black hair at the bottom of our food. (My wife and I are blonde) Also they never have brown rice or chow mein!
We ordered there and they were out of everything. Had to wait 12 minutes for them to make more food. About 3 things we ordered... they were out of. How do you run out of chow mein? That's got to be like one of the number one things they make here! Very slow,but the food is still good. They also messed up our order, and that took them longer than it should have to fix. Read more
No clean tables. Got a lg drink when tasted it no Co2. Ice machine broken. When I told them they got me a drink from machine... behind counter. Why didn?t they say something in first place. Cooks were picking things up with bare hands putting in bowls. Nogloves. I will not be back. I love Panda Express but this was a disaster. I owned my own store for 28 years and they were noteven busy but nothing was being done that should have been done. Sorry to let you know but I would definitely want to know if Iwere the owner. I only give chain restaurants 3 stars unless they do something awesome. This is a standard panda express. The restaurant is... clean the food tasted just as you?d expect. Obviously we crushed it from the picture. The customer service was very good. Iwould however not recommend the lychee sparkling water. UPDATE: bathroom needs to be cleaned (1250 pm on a Tuesday) and thetoilet seat needs to be tightened. Additionally, they need to install one urinal. This will great reduce uncleanliness and alsoconserve water. Read more
here's the issue. there is not one person waiting in line inside. every dish on the line (inside) is full of food. yet, ... there are 5 or 6 cars waiting out front. I see 9 employees standing there. it took me coming inside, asking what in theheck...and then watching them spoon my food into the to go boxes to get them going. I went outside to tell the rest of the carsto go in and watch them actually dish up the food. Read more
The only reason I give this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the drive through is slow. If you're looking to get food from this... place faster always go inside. There aren't many people in line so it's actually much faster to go inside. This whole place isfast and they usually are able to get the food out even when they are adding to a finished item. I understand that some people don't like Panda Express because they determine that it is "non-traditional". Most Chinese food is... not traditional so this idea is murky at best. I don't really think of my food as needing to meet these standards. It's goodfood, and that's the bottom line. You can see the whole line of food when you order. When I went in it all looked really good.My meal was great, and the service was great. Read more
