This location is filthy. The playground area is nice to have but it is obviously not cleaned frequently or sufficiently. If you... peek into the kitchen you can see food products caked onto the ground and equipment that is not cleaned after each use. I won?tbe coming back unless there are serious changes. Read more
Coming from restaurant management I am well aware of the standards. Restaurants must meet with the health department. I am not... sure how this restaurant is even open. It was filthy food spillage all over the counters, dirty tables, dirty floor, look likeit hadn?t been swept or mopped in ages thousands of fingerprints all over the glass of the doors, there?s generally just filthyeverywhere. Would not dine in at this restaurant ever again. Drive-through experience on a prior occasion was horrible long waittime then asked for a tiny dab of mustard on burger when I got it it was dripping mustard don?t know ones idea of a joke orwhat. Overall terrible experience on the occasions I have visited this restaurant will reiterate, I cannot say enough about thedine in experience being absolutely filthy. Read more
Went in to pick up a door dash late. They were about to close and I understood that. Door dash had called me and asked me to... try. The girl there was extremely rude about the whole thing. I tried telling the staff it was fine if it couldn't be made and Iwas just there to see what happened but didn't get the chance because I kept getting talked over. I was just trying to do myjob. I went in the drive in because there was no one there and I was thinking it would be faster than waiting behind 3 people in the... drive thru. I waited 15ish minites for my food, I don't mind that but my food was barely edible. I ordered a chicken tenderdinner, the tots were cold, the chicken was hot but tasted undercooked, O got a single cold onion rings, and the toast was coldbut burnt. Like what the heck guys I don't care that I waited long, but I wasted money on cold food that I couldn't really eveneat. Read more
First time I write a bad review but it was truly stupidly awful. We ordered and some guy threw bags of food on the table. All... the food was ice cold, onion rings raw and cheese not even slightly melted. Our daughter spilled her drink, so we asked forsomeone to come clean and no one ever came. They weren't busy either. We were only two families in the whole place and the drivethrough was empty. We kindly asked if they could warm up our food. They said yes and came back with another batch of coldburgers. We were about to dig in when an employee angrily arrived and yelled that we had 4min to leave the restaurant becausethey were going to clean...in the middle of the day. We'll go some place else next time and so should you. Read more

If you come here with more than 2 cars ahead of you, expect to be waiting in line for 20+ minutes. My wife comes here frequently... to buy drinks and it's always the same. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but ot consistently takes too long, and itsbeen like this for months. For a place called sonic, it's kinda sad that it's the slowest fast food restaurant in Rexburg. Thefood's decent though ???? Read more
During the busy hours it can take a while to get your order. Sorry to say, I don't get food there because it never agrees with... me. Every time I ate something there it made me a little sick. People are always nice and apologetic when it takes a while toget the food to you. I do very much enjoy their blasts, shakes, slashes, and sodas. Read more
