I was just at this location on Kipling for breakfast this morning and I found the condiments section was disgusting and both... ketchup containers were empty, I mentioned this to manager, instead of getting up to tell a employee to take care of this , shejust sat down looking at laptop ?????????, so disappointing it is , never again I will go to this location, this is on November6 / 22 ???????????????? Wish there was more space when waiting for your food during a drive-thru. Pulling up and having to wait is hectic as the parking... lot is always busy. It would be nice to have more waiting space there. Read more
Went to this location today. Playland area was very clean. Ordered food on the mobile app and it was ready very quickly. We also... dropped our sundae and they were very quick to replace it and clean it up! Staff was friendly and efficient. Read more
they got my order wrong then charged me extra to fix their mistake. Came home and opened the order to find they still messed up... my order that they charged extra for. The place was completely empty so no busyness excuses. Read more
Their drive thru service doesn't have a screen by the speakers, so you don't even know if they are understanding your order... correctly. My last order from them earlier tonight was all kinds of wrong. Hire competent, clear speaking people, please! *EDITJuly 2,2022 -- their service definitely improved the last 2 times I went there. Drive-thru lines are always way to long. Better off to go inside to order. Twice in the past month their food (different items)... did not settle well with my gut. I don't know if staff are cooking/warming the food properly or what but I am not trying a thirdtime to find out. Fail. Read more
Worst service I have ever seen. The drive through people in night shift are too rude and unfriendly. I been here few times and I... never had good experience. There is nothing we can say customer service. I would say, McDonald should close their night timedrive through otherwise these are the people who gonna be the reason of getting people away from McDonald.
