After a disappointing experience about a week ago, I chose to try and order from this location again this evening since it's the... closest to me and historically, this location has been pretty good. After ordering through the app and being told my meal wouldbe ready in about 10 minutes, I arrived on time and was asked by a staff member the name of the order. After providing it, itwas clear that it wasn't ready as it wasn't on the shelf. I waited, as they had a line of several customers. It seemed that theline was moving extremely slowly as staff were moving without much urgency despite having a long line and several peoplewaiting. 10 minutes after my order was supposed to have been ready, the staff member finally brought my food over. The younglady who bought the food over paused and looked at me while I looked through my bag and saw that part of my order was not thereand THEN told me they were out of that item. She clearly had no intention of telling me they were out if I hadn't been lookingin my bag and then looking at her in confusion. When I asked if could just get a refund she offered no apology or customerservice and simply said I would have to do that through the app. I ended up going to the Pickerington location to get the chipsI paid for and they were nice enough to allow me to show them my receipt from the Tussing location and get a bag from them. Atthis point I won't be returning to this location and would go to one of the other nearby locations. It's clear that they areunderstaffed and the team members they do have are less than professional or efficient. Management needs to take a serious lookat this location and find out how they can offer support to the team members here, it's clear they need it. Read more
Food is perfect if you ever get the correct order. Every time there is something wrong with the online order. Believe it or not... but I ordered their special chicken bowl, they forgot to put that special chicken in it. So I paid for just some rice and beans.Last order was two days ago. Ordered guacamole and chips on side. They put chips but no guacamole. But it's not like you werecharged any less. Would be a great place if they pay attention. Read more
Bad experience with meat portion. Had to order double meet to be closer to what we're used to in other Chipotle locations. Food... was off taste, not prepared correctly? Not sure. Huge chuncks of jalapeños. Read more
The store was incredibly dirty. They were out of several things and just started putting replacements in my food without asking... until I stopped them. I ordered a burrito and the guy behind the counter literally said ?I don?t know how to roll a burrito,?which was so insane it made me laugh, so I got a sort of crumbled burrito sitting in a bowl. Yikes. From the cleanliness (or lack thereof) and the lack of supplies such as forks, napkins and straws, you would think this... chipotle was seriously down staff members. However there was plenty of people standing around while I had to wait for someone toget a fork from the back just to eat my food. Food is usually good and staff is usually decent. However it doesn?t matter what time of day you go in they are always out of... vinaigrette and don?t tell you until after you order the salad and get to the register. If I?m ordering a salad I?d probablylike to know that I won?t be getting any dressing with it Read more
When I have a taste for a little bit of Mexican I order Chipotle. I am not a fan of spicy even thou what I order always have... some spice in it. My carnita burrito???? was good. It had the right amount of ingredients cheese, brown rice, 1/2 black beans &1/2 pinto beans & sour cream. ???? Read more
Very disappointed with this location lately, as their customer service and efficiency seem to be declining. Went here tonight to... get dinner after work, ordered through the app and still had to wait much longer than indicated to get my order. Once I finallydid, part of it was missing and the staff member who brought my food out only offered that information when they saw I hadnoticed. Was told I could only get a refund through the app which is fine, however, my overall experience could have beenhandled better. Staff at this location seem disinterested. Not sure if its a staffing issue or what but I won't be returning. Read more
