Customer service is a thing of the past. Our family has been buying food from this Creno's location for years. Unfortunately, ... we'll no longer be customers here. After a rude hold request, followed by a 10 minute hold, I was rushed through an order. Itried to reiterate the order with the employee, but that was like asking for their first born. Upon receiving an incorrect item,I called to see if it could be made right, but was met with arguments and blame shifting. I guess I'm undeserving of being awell treated customer. Hopefully you, dear review reader, will be found worthy of and endowed with a decent Creno's order(correct or not). Read more
We love the Creno's Pizzas in Zanesville and the one in Reynoldsburg is just as great! The staff are always kind and helpful and... the food is always fresh and hot (even if I get there a little late for pick-up). They always make a mouthwatering BLT pizza andwe'll keep coming back for it whenever we get the craving. Read more

Called because i was out of delivery range, the guy on the phone was nice, polite and professional told me they would make an... exception and deliver to me, after a long days work since 4am i couldn't have been more happy. The delivery driver was also nicedeserved the tip he got! The food was also amazing! 9 outta 10 on the pizza better than any chain pizza. Will definitely beordering again. Thanks !! Read more
With a wife and two kids we order take out a lot. We love pizza and we only order from Crenos! The kids love the cheesy flat... bread and my wife and I split the large deluxe. Occasionally we get the calzone (my favorite) or we each get the ATW Stromboli.I stop in for lunch to get their subs and salads. They are big and well priced. Read more
I ordered from here 2 times in the past month the first time my order was delivered to me cold then they replaced it and brought... to me which was great. This time we waited the delivery guy was super nice. We opened our pizza and it was cold. I know thedifference between a fresh hot pizza and one that is cold I called and the management refused to credit me in anyway! refused towrite my name down for next time and basically said he wasn?t helping and said we were lying even though we made sure to tellhim that it was only the pizza that cold but everything else came out just fine and was nice and hot. I refuse to ever come backhere again. I want this resolved I spent 30 dollars on my food now to have to go get food somewhere else. Read more
