I ordered a Keto lunch meal which came with a Pepperoni Flat bread and a side salad. When I received my salad the lettuce was... wilted. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he told me to come back to the store and he will replace it free ifcharge. When I came back to the store the Manager Tyson replaced my whole meal. I am, or was, a regular customer at Fazoli's until today. This is what happened. Today 09/21/22 at 5:20pm I pulled into the... drive through and ordered a Chicken Pesto Rotini. They thought I said Fettuccine so they charged me $8.99 for the Fettuccinethen had to cancel it saying that the $8.99 should be back on my account in 3 days, but I doubt it'll be that easy to get mymoney back. They then charged me $9.99 for the Chicken Pesto Rotini. When I got it I noticed that the green Pesto sauce wasmissing so I brought it to their attention. One girl asked the cook if he had added it to the Chicken Pesto Rotini and he saidyes. I then told her that I don't see it. She then assured me that they sometimes put it under the cheese. Another girl gave mea weird smile and I drove home. When I got home I put some black pepper on it and began digging into it only to find that thegreen Pesto sauce was in fact missing which made it taste bland.
