Today is my birthday and my mom took me to Other World in Columbus to celebrate. We had been driving for close to 3 hours and... decided to get a quick bite to eat before. We went through the drivethru and all we ordered was the #13 which is two chickensliders, one needed to be plain and the other with pickles. The guy taking our order screamed "OH GODDD" in an agitated mannerand left leaving another coworker to come and finish our order. How can someone be so upset over something so simple. The chicken was good but the employees treated me like I was interrupting there chat session. Nothing worse than being treated... like an unwanted guest when you're just trying to pick up a quick dinner for your kids on the way home from work. I used the KFCAPP to place my order, got there after the pickup time and still ended up standing in the store waiting for my order to beready. This location is usually great on the customer service but not on this day, they were just kind of rude and acted likethey were doing me some kind of favor by putting my order together. Read more

They gave me the wrong order. I drive it all the way back. And they were very rude the manager was about having to change the... food I bring the food that they gave me which was a mistake and she said she has to throw it away but then I watched her take itout of the bags. And I asked her if I could get a sweet tea for my inconvenience of having to drive all the way back and shesaid I guess I can normally I don't.
