I had placed my order at 5:50pm and when i went to pickup, it was not ready and was asked to wait 15 mins. I waited 15 mins and... called and asked i was told another 20 mins. Want a thin crust? You'll get thick. Ask for no dressing for the salad since you have dressing at home? You'll get 2 packets of... ranch, 1 of which gets crushed by the bottle of tea in the same bag and the ranch gets everywhere. These people are a joke. Called the store, get a automatic answering service. Your call with be answered in the order it is... received. 5 mins later, a lady answered and said, please hold. 2 min's later the phone is picked up and then hung up. I enjoy Marco's.... Is it a chain....sure But you get a consistent pizza each time and I'm a fan of that. Big thing for me was... pizza cut like a regular pie...none if this goofy cut that is just a bit too big to be bite sized. I like to hold my pizza andeat it like normal people. UPDATE...still love the pizza but the store on Broad in Reynoldsburg....not so much. I love music asI work but it shouldn't be full of profanity in a store. I got in 2 minutes before my pizza was done, gave 2 people my name andhad a seat while it finished. I watch as one of them that took my name barely 2 minutes prior took a pizza out, cut it, boxedit and put it on the shelf looking straight at me. Surely that wasn't my pizza but i didn?t see another in the oven. Fiveminutes later, I check online and it says mine is done so I walk up to the counter and ask about it and the lady that cut itsaid, "his is on the rack". Zero customer service. I call to place a delivery to be placed on hold. Which is fine but it started to take a while so I hang up to call back and this... girl screams in my ear to hold again! So I ask for the corporate number and she says she doesn't know it.. cool I hang up andshe then calls me back screaming and cussing telling me I didn't need to do all that because there were only 2 workers like Iknew that! Really good Pizza. Orders are delivered very fast and the food is excellent. They are always running specials and I think they... are priced very competitively compared to the competition. Marco's is my new go to, last minute pizza when I need pizza quick. Highly recommend Marcos. Read more
