I ordered a Italian sub with no sauce no onions and no salami I got everything on it they paid no attention to what I wanted... the floors were dirty The vent over the cash register was pure filthy they need to clean when there is no orders inThe workerswere in the back cussing wear no mask no gloves on hands and this was over on Sullivan Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. I ordered a pizza at the Delaware store and they did not put on the toppings I ordered. I brought it to their attention so... instead of waiting for another one, they said they would put a credit on my account for a pizza the next time I placed an order.So I decided to order today. When I asked for the credit, she said they showed no credit. I told her why I was to receivecredit. She said I should not attack her and put me through to manager. After I explained to him, he asked how long ago I placedorder and I said about 2 weeks ago and he said ?well the last order placed was 4 weeks,? and finished by stating what the orderwas which was the same toppings I ordered today. My pizza came 2 hours late and it was delivered by a man but the ticket says it's a woman named Amanda Moore my pizza was... overcooked the crust was just filled with cornmeal it was so much cornmeal we could not even eat the pizza and it was not hot itwas warm and look like it was just an old Pizza it looked like we got an old pizza and I paid $30 something dollars for thispizza $20.99 plus a $4.25 delivery fee and a $2 tip and then when I took the pizza after the driver leaves it's horrible I wouldlike to have my money back but when I call the manager of the store they want to come and pick up the whole pizza and we threwit away because we could not eat it and we could not talk to anybody the same day because the store had already closed we didnot receive our pizza until after midnight I would like to have a full refund that is what would make this better and resolvethis situation I rarely ever report any complaints to food retailers I usually just don't ever go back but this pizza was soawful I had to reach out to you guys I've never had such a bad pizza from Massey's before my family loves Massey's always orderyour pizza so we know what it looks like we know what to expect so I pray that you will honor our request thank you Read more
