Store closed at 9:00 PM, but they already stop cooking at 8:12 PM, Associate told me that they weren?t cooking any entrees or... even chow mein noodles, almost important entires was empty, and they already started cleaning the dish area. Associate askedher manager but the manager told her not to cook anything. I have also as a manager in Panda Express but I was surprised howthey can stop cooking during dinning hours and even they still have 48 minutes left to close. Drive thru was full and even onecustomer left when he was told that they stop cooking chow mein. Market manager if you?re seeing this message, you would need totake some action. Food is GREAT! Service is NOT! How hard is it....look at the order...put it in the bag. Every time....and I mean EVERY time I... order at this store, I get home disappointed. I pay for food that I didn't get. It should not be a requirement to inventory myorder to make sure your employees didn't forget something. It's just not that difficult. Got Panda Express delivery on Sunday- got Beijing beef and the almond chicken. 4 hours later felt really sick and threw up. Two... days later today my guts are still messed up.
