I ordered my food from store # 1264 on E. Main Street in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, when my food was delivered to the wrong address I... called the store a total of 3 TIMES and was HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES!!!! This went from being my go-to for pizza to being my last call. The service is atrocious, and getting delivery within 2 hours is... pretty good for them at this point. Apparently, they need to offer better pay and benefits to get some people in there, becausethis place is just awful now. Our household has gotten about 20 free medium cheese pizzas from them in the past 2 months. Idon't want free cheese pizzas some other day. I want what I ordered today, and in a reasonable time. Even takeout I have hadto wait for 30+ minutes after my pickup time. It's shameful. Read more
From a doordasher I think its a little messed up how your employees keep the tips from the doordash orders. We deliver for papa... John's alot seeing they have no drivers...twice today I haven't received my tips that the customer has asked if I received....ifyour drivers are not the ones delivering the pizza then the driver who does gets them...I will be stopping in to talk to amanager about this situation. Gave them another shot recently and they have gotten their shop in order. I picked up so I can't speak to delivery, but from... counter to the food was very good! I would highly suggest only ordering carryout and btw, you cannot count on the time theygive you. 30 minute delivery means an hour an a half. No remorse on the screw up either. "Would you like your pizza? It's here."After 45 minutes sitting on an unheated rack? I'd rather eat something that may not kill me and I didn't pay $18 for. Thanks.Horrible. Read more
I?m not gonna lie !!! Great experience!! I did delivery last week and they did phenomenal the only thing is they were probably... slammed cause I tried to get them to be able to add another garlic before my driver left. The delivery was through door dash.And the person couldn?t find our address and did the right thing and called us asking for directions. This week I ordered forcarry out and it was ready quick and the person I talked to order and the person I checked out with were both very nice! Thecheck out guy even held the door for me to walk out. But the person before me he carried out all 6 boxes out to her car for her!!! He was such a great guy!! Asked how people were doing ! And the other workers in there greeted people as they came in! Ordered this abomination of a gluten-free pizza and it was TINY compared to a medium pizza, overcooked, dry, and tasted like... cardboard. The worst part is it cost $9.60 for this pan personal-sized junk. Read more
What a joke! After an hour the tracker showed my order was delivered but it was not. I called the store and customer service... and after being on hold for about five minutes with customer service, they told me to call the store. I told them I was alreadyon hold with the store for 10 minutes then the store hung up on me without answering. Customer service said they would have themanager contact me within 24-48 hours! 20 minutes after the tracker stated the order was delivered, the driver showed up withmy order. I asked what happened and he said the store checked him in, what a mess of lies. My order was ice cold and did notlook anything like the picture for a Shaqaroni pizza. I got ripped off. I tried calling the store again and got customerservice, she transferred me back to the store; it rang and rang then they hung up the phone. Stay away from the Reynoldsburg,Ohio store.
