Went in and ordered 3 meals. When they brought us rhe orders I didn't have fries. The lady told me to take some fries off the... other people's tray. This is the funniest but also the most outrageous thing I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Read more

This has to be the nastiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Tables nasty, food on the floor (sticky floor), on top of... bad service. And still gave it shot because I use to love the food.Really regret walking into the place. Should have taken picsbut justst wanted to leave. Read more

The general manager here Shawn Simms is blatantly a thief. He gave me the wrong order and when I called and asked for a refund... he couldn?t do that unless I drove all the way back to the store. I shouldn?t have to drive miles back to your location becauseyou messed up my order and then chose to hang up the phone on me. Mr. Simms I?m not going away Read more

What a filthy place. 6 employees standing around at such a dirty store. I doubt floor has been swept in weeks. Table and chairs... feel grimmy. Condiment area was just nasty. 2 customers in the store. Windows need washed. Chip shelves need dusted. But thefloor is horrendous. I'd say their give a darn long broken. Fries soggy. So much mayo on sandwich, couldn't finish it. Read more

We visited the Penn Station store on State Route 256 I ordered a large Chicken Philly with sautéed onions mushrooms and grilled... peppers on white bread with mayonnaise and a large fry. My wife ordered a Steak Philly with onions and a medium fry. We alsoordered a large and a medium lemonade. Our order came to thirty-two dollars and some odd cents which upon seeing the amount offood that we received, seemed to be a bit pricey. We were promptly greeted upon walking into the store probably because I camein snapping pictures and telling them that this was my first visit and that I would be doing a Google review. ???? Thegentleman was very polite in helping us decide what to order. We ordered our food to go because of Covid-19 and there wasn'tanyone else dining inside of this particular location. The restaurant was clean and everyone had on masks ???? and gloves as faras I could tell. The food was still pretty warm by the time we got home. My wife tried hers first and said the lemonade remindedher of the ones from the State Fair. I was intentionally trying to scrutinize my meal and must say that I have no complaintsbesides the price. Which attributes to the 4 stars. My chicken was tender and my veggies were too, I proceeded to devour thewhole large sub and my wife ate all of hers as well, fries ???? too! (Which I forgot to mention were fresh cut, my favoritekind. ????) Keep up the good work PNS we'll see you soon! ???????? Read more
