I order from Romeo?s frequently because it?s been a family favorite since I was in high school. I loved the JoJos. But I have... yet to receive a correct order from the romeos in Reynoldsburg. They put so much sauce on the pizza that it completely ruinsit. I figured I?d order online instead of DoorDash tonight to see if I get better results. So I could select light sauce. Forsome reason the sauce is set to garlic butter online? I thought it was a joke when I received my pizza and there was no sauce.So when I called in to say ?hey there?s no sauce on this pizza? the person who answered simply said they made the pizza how Iordered it. I?m confused on who would think this is an edible order. It could have been resolved with a quick phone call toclarify my order. Wasted my money yet again on this store. Thanks Romeos! Read more
I order quite often from romeos and love the pizza but tonight your night time workers were completely rude. I understand having... a bad night but don't take it out on your customers. When you're told thanks have a good night and you snub the person. Not agood look. Read more

1st time buying Romeos. Just now recieved our order of 2 pizzas, some cinnamon bread, and some cheese bread. And when I tell you... that EVERYTHING was burnt to a crisp I'm not exaggerating. I don't even leave reviews, but this food was so burnt that I had to.I understand that sometimes things happen, but the fact that 4 separate food items arrived at our door looking like they hadbeen cooked in a kiln is wild to me. The best deep dish pizza I have ever had. Crust was delicious. And I could drink the sauce. Update I've eaten there three times... in the last three weeks and its been awesome every time. The calzone is also very delicious. And the deep dish has been on pointevery time. Read more
Burnt cold pizza, not even cut in slices correctly. Didn't even get a full 6 slices, more like 5.3. And 4 wings for $10????... Seriously?! No way these measly wings weighed half a pound. One of the wings wasn't even sauced! $22 wasted, NEVER AGAIN smh Read more
I ordered the deep dish pizza through doordash, and can?t believe what I was sent. What you see in the pictures is uncooked... pizza dough. The edges of the crust are golden brown but the rest of the dough is uncooked. It seems like they used theincorrect settings for this type of pizza. I don?t know. I am sure I will never order from them again though, as this rises tothe level of actually unsafe. Luckily doordash gave me my money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Great pizza but terrible at service. They delivered my food and messed my order up and I can't talk to anyone cause they put me... on hold and I've been on hold for close to 30 minutes now!!!
