Soo many things I can say about this place. I heard the food was great, so I went to try it out. The inside didn?t look the best... but it?s usually those hidden gems with the best food. I was not impressed! The white bartender was very rude and notprofessional. The food was good but but took 30 minutes to receive. Once I left the establishment my stomach started cramping upand had to rush to the restroom. Never again! Every time I try to support a black business I get disappointed. Very rudeestablishment. I normally have a great time but today I had a very unpleasant experience.I spent over $80 and they gave me cold fries I nicely... asked to have my frites replaced or recooked and it was stated very rudely by your bartender that all she can do is heat them upand can not do that.Very ghetto place and very rude customer service. Waited 20 plus minutes for the $20 turkey rib dinner with Asparagus and Mac and was disappointed. The turkey ribs were burnt and... super dry and crumbly. The Asparagus was also burned. Mac was the only saving grace. Should've just got the wings. Read more
They don't even pick up the phone..... unfortunately there is no other information to disclose they no longer take over the... phone orders. Only that they operate from one phone line. A coworker strongly suggested this establishment but transparency andupdated info is important. Read more
I ordered the blackened salmon with red beans and rice, and macaroni and cheese. I got the Korean beef dumplings for my... appetizer, with sweet and sour sauce. Now, salmon is my favorite fish. And I have to say, I will NEVER eat salmon anywhere elseagain. It was juicy, but with the perfect crispiness, the blackening was perfection, and the blackened sauce was DELICIOUS! Ithad hints of lemon that were noticeable but not overpowering the other flavors. I ordered extra sauce on the side but didn'tneed it. The red beans and rice were perfectly seasoned and had tender pieces of meat. The macaroni and cheese was creamy andcheesy and perfectly seasoned. The dumplings were delicious, and the sweet and sour sauce was to die for. This will be my go toplace for salmon and sides. SC did it right!! Disappointed in my visit here today. I ordered the fried chicken sandwhich with parmesan fries, and baked macaroni cheese for my... side. Usually the macaroni is baked and tatse really good but today it was not baked and seemed more stove top & dry.Thecontainer dish was half full. My lettuce on my chicken sandwich was old, dark and wet. The chicken on my sandwhich was dry andhard to swallow. I called to ask for a manager to let them know and the lady who answered said that the lettuce in the backlooked fine. She also said the macaroni was fine smh Owner: No one son ate anything what the hell are you talking about? Wedidn't come back because of the tone of the lady's voice over the phone and already drove across town. Food is amazing but I feel Like I have to beg to place an order and leave a tip. I live north and everyone I call I have to call... 45 times to get an answer to order my Togo food. I?m not certain the hours they take the last order so I?ll make sure I get thisinfo next time they answer. I always leave a generous tip but go through hell to order which bothers me! If they do better inthe communication area or hire someone is don?t mind taking an order over the phone I could give them 6/5 star review. This isjust so disappointing. I started calling at 9 pm and online says they close at 11 but no one is answering as usual and I?d hateto drive so far to be told orders have stopped or to find out they?re closed. Please fix this issue, please!! Ok I?ve read somereviews and they are very confrontational I see. That is unprofessional so I?ll adjust my rating and at least now I canunderstand why they aren?t answering, it?s because they no longer take orders over the phone. Ouch, hard lesson learned. Let?ssee the aggression I get from them from this review. Not looking for trouble but trouble makes it self known and they come forindividuals that rate them low.
