Absolutely gross ????. Felt like I was eating out of a dumpster. Fried food was not cooked right. Like it was just soaking in... cold dirty oil. The sandwiches were cold and smashed into pancakes. I love visiting sheetz gas station. Food is awesome. But I'm giving 2star rating because on my most recent visits I see folks... in eating areas with dogs . Sitting at tables feeding animals. I think it's unsanitary for animals to be in food area. Read more
I love Sheetz. I used to live in Hagerstown, Maryland for a little over 10 years. I moved back here to Columbus in 2008 and was... really sad when I realized that Sheetz had not made their way to Columbus, Ohio yet. They have a huge selection of food andbeverages, and then you have their made-to-order subs, sandwiches, iced coffee, and much more. The made-to-order items are whatmakes this place amazing and number one in my book. Definitely a life-long fan and so happy they are finally coming into CentralOhio. Read more
i got stuff stolen from here like a battery and skates but the 5 star is for a guy i was locked out of my car and there was a... guy who tried to open my door and he didn?t but he called his friend a lock smith type with his tools i would like to thank himhe helped me unlock the car door and didn?t charge me anything but a lock smith charged me 160 for the service i would recommendhim he was nice and polite Read more
I thought it was a normal gas station but was happily shocked by the fact that it?s mainly a fast food convenience store! When I... say fast food I mean they can usually get out my order pretty fast even though they are always packed and it tastes better thanexpected. Police officers get free coffee, the order points are easy to use, and everyone in there always has a smile. Be careful when ordering shakes from Sheetz off of Brice Rd, if you?re using Uber eats or DoorDash, they purposely do not make... shakes as I placed two separate orders on different days and never received it. This time around, I contacted the DoorDashdriver in which he told me that the worker told them they were out of certain items. Confused, I called Sheetz and he convincedme that my DoorDash driver lied as they made the shake. I messaged the driver and explained to him what was said and he said hewill turn around, not only did the Doordash driver drove back, he took a photo to confirm with me that he was back at thelocation. He called and told me that Sheetz employee did not make it and will be making it now. Shame on Sheetz and for reallyconvincing me that it was the Doordash driver, the employee even said to not worry that Doordash will give me a refund. Horribleestablishment, horrible employees. Will not visit this location. Update: 12/1 I just spoke with someone from Sheetz, I?massuming she works in Customer Service, apparently a ticket was never created or sent to my email yet I was ask to call in permy review . Go figure. That didn?t bother me as much so her feeling so offended by my feedback. She instantly did the same thingthe employee did and blamed Uber. Uber isn?t the problem, if shakes are being stored in a freezer, how is Uber suppose to knowthat? And to be honest. I was on the phone with Uber driver when I heard your employee admit so that was a bunch of bull. Sheinstantly assumed I wanted a refund as I mentioned earlier in the call that was never my intent.
