This store occasionally gets short staffed and it will take a long time to get your drinks. A few times I?ve had to wait 25... minutes for a pickup order that normally takes 5 minutes, and then the drink was made wrong. Most of the employees are verykind, but there are a couple that are not. One employee treated me poorly when I asked her to remake my drink correctly. Read more
This location is the closest to my house, the staff is fairly friendly but time and time again the service is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!... I'm normally pretty patient, but I'm around other customers that are visibly frustrated and normally with good reason. I buy$25-50 every week from here weekly. I've recently started driving out of my way to a Kroger that has much faster service evenhaving to walk in. I was off today so I went back to this location, pulled up and received one latte, over 5min later receivedmy second one. I only ordered two drinks??? Friendly - but their cheap (thinner, less rigid) cups and lids, just spilled an entire venti hot chocolate - made with whole... milk - that was sitting in the rear cup holder of my car - going slowly around a corner. Absolutely no reason except those cheapthinner cups. I?ll ask for double cups from now on.. and have to spend $200 to get it out of the carpet. Thanks Read more
