Not sure what is going on with this location. For the last TWO weeks I've tried to order a Carmel Apple Spice with shot of... Chai. They are out of apple juice...Seriously? There is a Target right behind them and a Meijer across the parking lot. I willstart visiting the one on Taylor Square Rd. which is further and out of my way but I can get what I ordered any time I stopthere. Read more

Sad, rarely treat myself & family...did mobile app choose pick up drive thru. Said name at window but go no response & I asked... am I good a response was yes, pulled up, woman asked if my drink was a blonde something & I said no, and showed my phone withthe mobile order, with drive thru option selected. She turned around and got my sandwich & croissant than said mobile Kathleen order....Not sure what is up with Starbucks here...but handed me a bag with cheese goo on it as well as chocolate on thecroissant...and handed me drinks with not plugs for the tops....this is extremely disappointing... Will never come back to thisone. The woman seemed flustered working and perhaps not a good fit to be the face of interaction with customers. After waiting at least 5 minutes to order in the drive through a rude employee gets on and keeps saying What?? Huh what did you... say? after clearly stating my order. Then after ordering, sat in line behind 3 other cars for 15min and that was enough for me.Just left the line. I understand staffing issues, but that is out of the realm of what I deem acceptable for a drive thru. Willnever go back to this one. Read more

When you order something here, I think they see it as more of a "suggestion." Paid for an extra shot of espresso in my... Frappuccino and it was definitely left out - it barely tasted of coffee and the color was very light. I had to add my own shotof espresso when I got home. They're more than happy to charge you for everything you order, though. This is why I've given upand use my own espresso machine at home on the rare occasion I decide to have coffee. Read more

Every time I go through the drive thru (which isn't that often anymore) I order a grande latte no vanilla kids temp. I'm told... "okay no vanilla, I changed it". When I receive my order it always has vanilla in it Read more

I was waiting a while in the drive thru line today- and the woman is front of me seemed to be taking a long time- and being rude... to the employees. When it was my turn, the employee that helped me was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. I reallyappreciated her kindness especially right after dealing with a difficult customer. Then she told me my drink was on them. Greatservice. Thank you! Read more

My daughter loves their acai strawberry drink. It's basically super sweet flavored lemonade to me. We go through the drive thru... at least once a week. I have to say that every single employee that we have encountered, at 8 in the morning, has been superpleasant and friendly! Whereas I am not a fan of Starbucks I am a fan of great customer service and it's not easy to find. Thankyour wonderful employees for being so pleasant! Read more
