After being told by several employees that the Pumpkin coffees would be back today, Only to be told today that they are not... available today. I proceed to ask when only to be told it?s a secret! The best Starbucks I have been to yet! Staff is awesome, store is large with outstanding seating indoors and out and superb... cleanliness! Love the layout! We were driving through on a road trip and am So glad we stopped here. I ordered my usual Grande Soy Latte and treated myself to a blueberry scone. Both were delicious and spot on! Bravo!!!? Always so nice and if they get the order wrong, or if you have a long wait they're super friendly, apologize for the wait, and... kindly give you the correct drink. Everyone makes mistakes, long lines are inevitable, but it's the response from the employeesthat matters!! These folks are wonderful!!! Read more
Ordered a toffee nut latte. $6 for a cup of hot milk. And I tipped you! This was the last straw for me. Starbucks quality has... consistently gone down hill over the last couple years and I haven?t gotten a single latte that actually taste like coffee in along time. I come here quite often after work and out of my total amount of visits which is quite a few there are two specific times I?ve... had a bad experience ?one being today and they are both by the young woman who is tall and skinny with dark hair.. she is VERYrude and impatient on the head set and both times the lid on my drink has been incorrect I asked for a flat lid. The first timeI just took it and let it go, so today when I got it like that ?again this is the second time with the same person both times? Itold her this was supposed to have a flat lid and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it was a simple fix, which again it?snot that big of a deal but it?s the fact of having an attitude when my lid was wrong when I asked for a totally different lidafter being rushed on the headset.. literally every other experience has been perfect and usually the customer service isamazing my sandwich is always hot. But I advise managers maybe to have a talk with her and check if she?s OK or just let herknow to slow down a little bit because I understand the times have to be low but you still have to be NICE. I stopped in to pickup drinks for my boyfriend and his colleagues that work the night shift, and I felt awful coming in 15min... before close!!! However the two girls working tonight were the absolute sweetest and didn?t mind at all. They asked a fewquestions about how to make the drink, and I confessed that they weren?t for me, and I don?t usually go to Starbucks because Iget embarrassed and I?m never sure how to order anything. They were super nice and even offered to make me a drink so that Icould try it and told me how to order it so I can come back (hopefully that doesn?t get them in trouble!!). As someone with alot of social anxiety this was such a nice thing of them to do. So if those two kind girls ever read this, I appreciate you andyou made my night!
