I went to this location a couple of nights ago. It started out that the kid doing the drive thru was talking to my friend, but... at the same time, he kept talking to a co-worker inside. We had a fairly good size order which was ALL put in one larger sizebag. The bad ripped at the top almost immediately. WELLLLL, when we got home, my food was at the bottom (I ordered an Enchiritoand a Mexican pizza). My friend got nachos bell grande and a burrito. My pizza was at the very bottom and half of it was allstuck to the top lid. It was not edible. My Enchirito had completely lost all of the sauce -;which was all in the bottom and allover the sauce packets and the napkins. I called this place as soon as we got home and asked to speak to a mgr. I apologized forcomplaining, but had said the order was uneatable (mine for the most part). So I just told her to have her employees pack thebags better. She said she would pass that along and that was it. She could've cared less. I don't even live in Ohio, but beggedmy friend to take me there. I had to have an Enchirito!! The workers here today were to broke to pay attention. Went through the drive thru and had to go back because of wrong order.... Upon leaving again I had to give up asking them to fix it again because it was the wrong order. And looking at all the postshere, the owner doesn?t t give two f?s about bad reviews. Excellent experience! They were short staffed so it took slightly longer to get my order but when I got it the food was hot and... very good. The staff was helpful and polite. Read more
Not so great service. They all seemed flustered and my taco looked disgusting. Will not be returning to this location.
Just the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen. Ownership refuses to keep their products in stock, but won't list items as out of... stock via their app, so people continue to order products, arrive at store, and then are offered a subsitituion that is oftenless than what they spent. Other times, products will be out and they'll just give you something else without anyacknowledgment that the product was out. Customer service and the contact function in the app is of no help. If you reallyneed the taco bell fix, I'd recommend driving a little further to a different location. Read more
I came here with my friend and we were given our food, but we werent given our drinks. When we went up to ask for them we waited... for about 5min, then an employee looked me in the eyes and walked away. A few more minutes and someone finally helped us with asmuch attitude as a person can have. While we were waiting we heard employees talking badly about customers and saying theycharged someone the wrong amount and found it funny. Dont come here. Got our order wrong and it was also utterly disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for days and both the... beans and the potatoes were pretty much rock hard and burnt all the way through. Health dept might not be too happy with thislocation if they saw it. Avoid. Read more
There isn?t one Taco Bell in central Ohio that has good service. This particular one will have you wait in the parking lot for... 20 mins for a basic order. Came through this morning because I saw a few cars in the parking lot which I thought translated toemployees. Pulled up and was told this Taco Bell does not participate in breakfast. Read more
