Perfect experience. Employees were friendly, prompt, and courteous. Drive thru was speedy during an 8am rush.

Bad communication at drive through. They wont say anything for 10-15 minutes while you wait. Drove up to the window? playing on... phone and rest are outside hanging out. The other time they actually had a customer, not even a ? we ll be with you, sorry forthe wait?, just radio silence. This location is very inconsistent and needs the manager there all the time? otherwise thesepeople don?t do anything. Read more

Would give one star except the Employees are nice. They hardly ever have Half the items on the menu and multiple times have... said that they do not know when they will get restocked until a until a truck comes.. If you love Tim hortons go to anotherlocation. Read more

Employees acted like we were an inconvenience. Pull up to the window and not a word was spoken in greeting. No smile. Even when... I said hello. Took payment, gave me a receipt. Handed out two coffees and forgot the donuts. I had to ask another workerbecause the first person walked away from the window. No apology when the donuts were given. The convenience of the locationdoes give you a pass for poor service. Read more

My family and I will never return to this Tim Hortons. We have tried it multiple times, and the wait time is ridiculous and our... order is always wrong. We always give them the benefit of the doubt, and they continuous fail. Read more

The only reason I gave them a 2nd star is because we didn't have such a bad experience yesterday as we did today. But.... today... took the cake... we pulled to the drive thru waited at leave 4-5 minutes for someone to say anything. Then the .an behind thespeaker rushed us through our order (2 large oreo Supreme iced Capps and 1 Boston cream donut) he did not tell us how much thebill was. We pulled to the window, the guy that took our card still didn't tell us how much we owed and just looked and soundedlike he just didn't care about his job. When he handed us the drinks we both commented on how they did not look like oero icedCapps and they were not Supreme (no whipped cream, no crumbles on top and really no crumbles in the drink itself that werevisible) when we made that comment all he said was "huh" so we said it again. But we decided just by the lack of acknowledgement and just genuine concern we decided to just leave. Because we know it was not going to be corrected thenright way. Smh Read more

At 7:45am 7/9/22. I stopped at this Tim's ordered coffee, a hashbrown an apple fritter and a 10 pack of Timbits. When I bit into... my donut, I found out it was stale and refrigerator cold, so were the Timbits. I tried calling the store no one answered ????. I returned to the store and told the young lady that I wanted a refund for the donut and Timbits because the were cold and staleshe basically laughed at me did not even apologize. I did get my refund but I will never go back to this location. Horribleservice, and they serve old food. Read more

This was pathetic. Everything bagels are supposed to have, all the seasonings from bagel varieties, this had 2. The egg was s... flat microwaved patty smothered in plastic cheese. I'll skip the biscuit all together. While the donuts were ok (much smallerthen one would guess) and coffee was coffee, I wouldn't go back. I think the biggest disappointment here is, we googled themenu, and were thrilled with the potential options. However when we got to the location, that just wasn't the case. Kudos to thedescription writer, you got us. Read more
