so sad. Waffle House has gone DOWN in quality so much. I used to drive 2 hours to eat a Waffle House but we stopped here on our... way home and it was gross. We both ate like quarter to half of our portions? also We loved listening to the waitress and cookspeak about how they?re just trying to run a business when kids come in late nights, while they were saying this to each otherim looking around at all the dirty tables,floor,behind the counter .. bathrooms too.. and thinking well this seems like a crummyenough area to chill. The 2 workers that were there were very professional. Which were the server and the Supervisor which was also the cook. I... enjoyed my food even though I'm a picky eater. I had a T-bone steak, shredded fried potatoes and a sweet tea. Read more
Just got off 3 a.m. Open 24 hour and there is nothing like a real breakfast. Real eggs and when you ask for Scrambled you get... just that not one solid lump of a egg substitute. The Cook is great, Food is delicious and seasoned good. The clerk is verygracious and doesn't get your order wrong. You can't go wrong with Brice road waffle house for late night meal. Read more
I waited for over 30 minutes for a carryout. Then my grits were in lumps. Multiple lumps. Bacon was overcooked and dry. The... waffle was not even across the center. ( not enough batter used) also my apple juice was left out of my order. Attempted to callin but rarely anyone answers the phone that I saw while sitting and waiting. Read more

Stopped in the afternoon for takeout for a family of five. There were 2 people sitting at the counter when I got there and they... left soon after I ordered, so the store was not busy in the least. It took them 20+ minutes to prepare the order, the cook saidhe remade the sausage because he burnt it, he said the bacon was a bit crispy, and they almost forgot to make the waffles. WhenI got home and unboxed the food, the bacon was absolutely inedible (burnt way beyond "crispy"), the hash browns were burnt intoa brick that you couldn't even bite into, the omelet was way overdone, and there was NO SAUSAGE anywhere! The cook even told mehe had remade it! Ugh! I'll never go to this location again. $44 meal and much of it went into the trash! Only really good thingwas the waffles. No one answered the phone when we tried to call and tell them about the poor food quality. Do yourself a favorand go to the other location down the street, south of the freeway. The only reason I didn't go to that one was because theywere closed temporarily since their refrigerator was being replaced. It has always been great in the past. Read more
We had a nice experience at this Waffle House. We were the only customers in the dining room, so we were taken care of... immediately. Our food also came out promptly. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. I noticed that a couple of us who gotsandwiches had burnt bread, but no one complained so that was OK. I had to get the grits because Waffle House. They were good,and so were my hashbrowns which I got smothered and covered. Read more
Waffle House is Waffle House. You get what you pay for. I really like the location on Brice Rd because of their friendly fast... service. They are very sweet and attentive at that location. That'll keep me coming every time. Read more
