Stop in everyday to one of the Starbucks locations. Always order the same item. Today Asley who was rude tried to charge a... dollar more for foam on my usual drink when questioned- she was rude and sarcastic. Will not go back to Rhinebeck location!! Every single person who works at this location is miserable. All of them are rude and seem as if they hate their job. No one can... remember the price of drinks and they take obnoxiously long to look in their drink log. They need new hires there asap. Read more
I've been shopping here for years. And usually always get a coffee for myself while I shop. I've never had a problem or attitude... until recently. Very nasty RUDE girl Olivia always short, seems angry and just has an attitude. Even others complain about heras they walk away with their drink. And my drink is messed up 3 out of 5 times!! A friend and I went in yesterday (10-08-17) to order one coffee and one tea. The woman behind the counter was very rude (short... hair , mid to late 50's). My friend is one of the easiest, polite people you will ever meet and she was fuming after dealingwith her. I wish I knew her name, I'd complain to the manager. Read more
