NY strip steak is delicious! Served with balsamic onions, fries and French green beans. Brussel sprouts are also yummy. The... creme brulee....absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Great spot for decent pricing! Read more

A beautiful historic building with antique charm intact. We stopped in for lunch on a weekday when many other places are closed.... I chose the Avocado Toast starter as my lunch because the menu is otherwise meat heavy including every sandwich selection. Mydish was wonderful! The smoked salmon and avocado was perfect. Generous portion so for a starter, I didn't leave hungry. Servicewas great as we chose to sit outside. Read more

Historic tavern in the quaint village of Rhinebeck. Might be the oldest inn in America, opened in 1766. George Washington... slept here. Staff is friendly. Food is so, so. I had a Caesar salad with chicken. Salad was good and I could taste theanchovies but the chicken was bone dry, I ended up leaving half on my plate. Read more

I love this place for the casual grace, good food and easy, classy, comfort. I've been on numerous first dates and the wait... staff always seems to know and keeps and eye out for me. The mussels are fabulous. Go in the summer and sit outside with thebest view of beautiful Rhinebeck. Read more

This gracious old hotel has a very nice dining room. You have a choice between the old tavern/bar (dark and cozy), the old... dining room with its fireplace, and the green house with the glass wall/ceiling. All are nice. Food is good but notnecessarily inspired. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable. If you want to have lunch, its prudent to check in atthe hotel's front desk in the morning to book a table. Restrooms are clean (and finding a public restroom in Rhinebeck is achallenge). Read more

So historic. There are a couple of dark low ceiling rooms you can eat in to get the full historic atmosphere or you can sit out... on the glass and closed veranda. Either way the beer and food was delicious. The wait staff was very good, and it's tough to getwait staff in this day and age... Read more

Perfect pork chops (and I get Pork chops almost every time I see themon a menu) so it is save to say “ I know my Pork chops “ Read more
