I was the 4th vehicle in the drive through, I waited behind the other 3 cars for 10 minutes, them vehicles never even moved... before I drove off...so who knows how long them people waited before I arrived. Came through the drive thru with a coupon for 2 wopper jr's today that said clearly large fries and drinks. Did not receive... large anything and when I said something to the lady in the window she started off with rude comments about how their nodifference in the sizes. That is not the point the point is when I order something I expect to get what I ordered and paid forwith no belittling from the employee. After being disrespect. She also gave me the wrong drinks. I am very disappointed in theoutcome of this experience because normally I am greated with some of what I would say are the nicest workers in the fast foodindustry from this store. I placed an online order and requested delivery. They brought someone elses order to me and when I called for assistance they... refused to help saying contact my Doordash delivery driver and have them.go get the correct order. I contacted Doordash, whorequested a refund. Im still waiting. Read more
Went and ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals chicken was old on all 3 fries tasted really weird so did the soda. Some a hole name... mike was on drive thru and was super rushy while taking our order. Will not be back until new manager steps up and takes thatplace outta the sewers. Read more
Not open for breakfast and their parking lot is HORRIBLE! Home of the WHOPPER POT HOLES! Several businesses on the same street... this year investing in their parking lots. NOT Burger King..and they've had huge pot holes for several years. Won't even tothere anymore. Read more
They had a nice 2 for 10 deal. Got the whooper and chicken sandwich. Asked for pickles on the chicken sandwich, to no surprise... there was no pickles. Food was ok for the price. Also they are hiring starting out at 11 dollars a hour and you can be a managerfor 13! So remember next time you want to ask for a manager they only make 2 dollars more a hour to deal with your BS. It was really good and I was super duper excited that they have surge in the drink mixing device thing it basically changed my... entire life forever. It smells kinda like wood in here, so that's good news for everyone that enjoys a nice WOOD smell whileenjoying a burger or chicken or ice cream! Read more
Like most fast food places in Rhinelander currently they are short on staff members and properly functioning machines so the... line moves a little slow but when I go here I'm always greeted by a happy voice with awesome service.
