Called last Saturday for a to go pizza and was told that they didn't feel like cooking
Very poor service, sat for almost 2 hours for two pizzas while a very steady stream of pickup customers walked in and out... promptly with their orders.Waitress was very snotty when we mildly complained about our wait time. When we did finally get ourpizza no one spoke to us, offered any refill or refresh of our beverages even though we asked for fresh ice water. It was as ifthey didn?t care whether we were satisfied or not. No one offered the slightest apology and to top it all off it was over a40.00 bill for for 2 pizzas that really were ok but not great. I know that nobody at this place cares but I will never come backand I will be more than happy to give my opinion on this place to anyone who cares to listen. PS. This whole situation couldhave been avoided had someone warned us in the beginning that they were extremely busy and it would be over an hour wait, but noone said a word. Read more
We will never go back and are telling all of or terrible experience! We stopped to eat in -- not busy inside and now we know... why. The waitress never mentioned it would be a very long wait due to phone orders! After 45 min I went up and told her I'll payfor our warm pitcher of soda but I want to cancel my pizza and leave. We had 2 kids with us and we just wanted to leave at thispoint but she said she'd check on our order -- she serviced the only other table in there that was still waiting too (they werethere when we arrived) then she flew past my table saying "about 10 min" WELL 20 min later I told her I'll pay for pop andcancel order!! She said it's in and I'd have to pay for it!! Then 10 min later she asks if we want it to go! I said "no I justwant it!!" She finally came out 10+ min later again and threw it on the table - never offered fresh water or ice for sodathrough our whole stay. She became a rather nasty waitress. And for all this 2 hour ordeal we had to pay a huge bill!! Noapologies of any kind for this treatment ever during the wait. Obviously the first time I asked her to cancel our pizza wasnever in the oven yet! So just made us suffer for another 45 min!! All the while we sat there people flowed in for pick-up andthey got theirs right away! So obviously they don't care for anyone but take out customers. We've been there in past but willnever go again. The pizza isn't that good that you should be forced to wait 1 1/2 just to get it to table!! Should have justleft money for soda on table and walked out! The place is abusive to dining room customers! The staff was nice. The pizza was awesome. But the place was very dirty it didn't look like the floor was cleaned in months.... So because of that I probably would go back. Read more
The place was very cozy. The decorations where out dated but it made it feel more homly and warm, the pizza was delicious! I... usually don't like pizza but it was really good. The staff were helpful and approachable I highly recommend supporting thisbusiness Read more
Very good food, but the amount of time it took to get our pizza was a bit long. Next time we will just order out for pickup.
Wonderful, quaint hole in the wall restaurant with great food and awesome staff! Brought my mind back to a better time and... place. I will definitely be back next time I'm here! Read more
