Coming from a understanding person I Was in their store for 10 min before I was helped then paid for 2 fries and waited 25 min... before I demanded my money back witch was a pain in it self and took another 5 min plus over all I would not recommend thisstaff to serve you it?s a joke the lady next to me also asked for her money back and she also said as we left she will notreturn either horrible horrible customer service worst I?ve seen in a long time Read more
Receipt clearly says no egg.... sandwich has egg. Not one to go in complaining so I'll just pick the eggs off. Use to work fast... food so I know how it is. Read more

Hardee's is closest drive thru to work, so I usually go there. Not happy with service lately . Got a #11 and there was more... tomato than chicken on my sandwich, fries were cold. This happens more often than not. Going to start going to Kwik trip sinceI can get double the amount of food for the same price. Not thrilled at all. Read more

Had to cover an unexpected shift at work and when I usually get out, most fast food places are closed or on their way to... closing. I made the last minute decision to chance them being open still at 9:30 and they were. The drive thru person wasfriendly and very welcoming for which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!! Tried to go the night prior, but they closed at least 40 minutes early. Service was a tad slow, food was warm (not hot). Don't... live in Rhinelander, and wife was wanting a little treat while there for a family funeral. Probably not revisiting in thefuture, whenever we make it back. Read more
