I come here almost every week I LOVE(d) Papa Murphy's... But one time I came late and (he said his name was Mandela) Mandela has... the most negative energy being near his monotone voice and crabbing attitude puts me in the mood, then after I got my pizza hesaid the rudest thing ever "come in earlier next time" he didn't say it in a friendly aprochable understandable way he said itin the most rude aweful way ever. Otherwise Cynthia, Alex and lu are very nice aprochable hard workers, though I won't be cominghere again :/. Read more

They don't take American express. Why? Because it's more expensive to provide that. Ok. Since I only had an American express... card and am not the primary, I couldn't set up atm use to pay. OK. Since I drove 30 minutes, I had my girlfriend call in to payover the phone. They wouldn't do it. They said they were too busy and my girlfriend said "it was the dumbest conversation of mylife". Great. Now I have to sit in my car for 30 minutes after ordering online from the parking lot in order to bring homepizza. Pretty stupid, guys, pretty stupid. Read more

Wanted both of my pizzas to have the original crust. Got home...baked them and turned out we got thin crust. Wouldn't of been... bad but being the wrong crust we baked them to long and they were really crunchy. The quality of the help and the food hasgone way down since the whole pandemic in 2020. I hope the help gets better and the quality of the product gets better soon. Read more

Have been here numerous times and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. We did not get what we ordered! Wanted... mushrooms and got sausage. It already had pepperoni on it, now I had twice the amount of meat!! The pizza also had largeservings tons of it that did not sauce on it. I would have taken the pizza back and had it remade - but we live 30 minutesaway. I will stop again, but will make sure that I watch them make it!! Read more
